thank you so much for your wonderful present, I think it an honor to recieve your excellent picture.
Celastrina argiolus is most beautiful and most popular butterfly in Japan too. you captured its side figure very clearly and beauyifully, maybe it is male, I can see partially the inner blue/violet color on the edge of it.
of course that inner color is extreme.
Japanese name of it is "ruri-shijime", "ruri" means shining blue/violet color, and "shijime" means little shell. I like this name as same as its graceful figure.
anyway, this your shot is nice to compose it with pretty yellow flower and comfortable green back.
