[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
some photographies are easier than other ones to convert into black & white, and this one was in that case, with a special effect done by the flash used, and nothing over exposed, so I just had to use one of the most easier method I learned recently (I learned recently 7 or 8 different ways, not always easy to describe but this one is OK:
PP=>>>select lab color mode, go into the lightness channel, select it and it's done !

Belle photo, le choix du N&B est bien vu. Belle expression du visage un peu coquin, qui va très bien avec l'étincelle dans les lunettes (la classe quoi ;)
