I would have been over the fence too given this view! Absolutely stunning!
Perfect composition following the rule of three. Good f/g interest, rugged mountains and all displayed against the lovely mid-blue sky.

I think it would have been good to clone out the poles & wires ... you can tell I'm a romantic!

I will have to go hiking in the Dolimites some day. I'm sure I can hike the valleys and do not need to climb to the top to get the spectacular view. The view including the local culture is what makes it. Maybe a polarizer would help the sky a bit. TFS. K2

This is one of very rare scenic photos that I have ever see from Italy and you have captured the landscape with good sharpness and colorful contrast using Panasonic.

Very well composed view of the mountains and FG pasture green. A fine post.

Dit is helemaal top! Gave kleuren en scherpte, perfecte compositie. Wat wil een mens meer? Hoop ook zulke mooie plaatjes te maken in Zwitserland komende maand, maar ik weet niet of ik deze kwaliteit kan benaderen? In ieder geval aan mooi voorbeeld. Heel gaaf!

Hoi Jan,

Mooi hoe je deze berg off-center hebt neer gezet met die schuine slope van de weide in de voorgrond. Dat contrasteerd heel mooi in deze compo. Mooi!

lovely subject and nice compo Jan. I love this landscape and environment. Technically I like the shot, the absence of a contrast gradient through the depth makes the shot a bit flat, but it is an interpretation of this type. So, I like it.
