[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Venice seems to never sleep. This was taken about 6am, and I was amazed at the number of people strolling the streets at this hour.

Unfortunately, there are some PP defects create by PS processing in the sky above the building. I only had a low-res JPEG file to work with here. I will repost later when I have access to the orignal RAW file.

Hi Don,despide the defects this composition is damn good.
San Giorgio Maggiore island,a bit hazy in the background and the silloettes of the walking people,it all works out very well.

Hi Don,

What a "picture-perfect-postcard" shot. I really like the peaceful feeling that the black and white has created. The silhouettes of the people walking, the gentle curves of the lamp post, and of course the buildings all make for a terrific composition.
