Hello Francesco,
Interesting shot here. The tracks seem to go on forever, but I really like the interesting things along the sides....life's adventure. Great POV! Thanks.
Peace and Love as always!

Two strong lines guiding the eye into the shot.
The strong contrasts give a lot of mood to it.
Nice!

I like the way the rail narrows....just like life coming to an end..quite pesimist, but true....

Hi Francesco!
This photo has a special style, like the photo from Japan. I like a lot. But I think the life is colroful :)
Grat!

I love the idea and I can see what you are trying to convey but it looks as though you have carried the sharpening way too far, the gravel now looks like spaghetti.

Hello Francesco, I may have in the past queried why you chose to change a good coloured photo to black and white. However in this case even though the original was good, this has been a great experiment. Excellent cropping, terrific PP work and the notes thought provoking. There have been mentions in the forums of rude critiques, I see one here. TFS.

Hi Francesco,
This is a nice photo, but you have sharpend it too much. If compare your WS and this one you can see that you have lost the details of the stones on the rail bed. I think you cropped it well. May be I will try a WS later. Cheers.

Very impressive image with excellent perspective and great choice of B&W. The cropping you did was definetly very succesful making your shot more strong and the grainy effect is also very good, bravo!

good perspective. Strong visual sensation.
This photo reminds me of the ww2. A classic photo indeed! the effect looks like taken during the 40's.
Well done Francesco!
