[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
After 30 days in the smog and fog of Torino I finally saw the mountains where the Winter Olympics were held. Flying out of Torino this morning we got above the clouds and the Alps came into view. The clouds parted briefly for this shot

David,
The clouds and the ountains almost combine to make one. Great shot here. I like the natural light. You must have metered it perfectly.
It has great depth and texture. Nice composition considering you took this from a plane window.
Great job!
Scott

Beautiful!Fantastic!

These mountains look so big that it was hard to imagine it was taken from an airplane. The details are delicious!

The mood is very tasty too! The warm colors are well done, and it's nice to see the horizon far away.

By the way, is it snowing over there (the horizon) ?

A nice one :)
Artur

WOW! This beautiful David! So much class and drama! Excellent depth of field, the detail is wonderful! Birds eye view!

Very dramatic but also peaceful, I like the sharp and hard rocks against the soft clouds.

The high contrast and colour tones work great.

A beautifully sharp photo David, capturing the essence of the alps very well. Great colours and composition with the clouds across the bottom of the photo.
