[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I can feel her story, it is readable on her beautiful and vivid eyes....

Once upon a time I was famous, beautiful, wonderful... I was exposed in the famous and expansive fashion shops' display windows and I was dressed with the best stylists creations !!
But, years pass for everything..
I was forgotten in a dumping ground... when an helpful hand let me reborn.
Now I'm without hair and with a broken nose. I suit only poor dresses. My master screams: 'Here we are... come'on Ladies !! 1 Euro per Piece ONLY !!'
..but I'm more proud now than years ago, when people eyes were for my precious dresses only.
Now, they look at ME with more interest than the one reserved to my dresses. And I'm really happy for this.

This shot was taken in PADOVA, in "Frutti's Square" ( Piazza della Frutta ). In this place, there're a lot of discounted and used dresses. Due to the world-wide recession and economy problems they're regularly and highly haunted by many shoppers.

But still her beauty remains... just look at them lips! ha ha.

Good story.. I like it.. and well done on the photo, I like that too, excellent in Black and white, and good composition.

Very nicely captured, Silvio. From the thumbnail, I thought it was a real person and I was a bit scared to open it because I thought I would see a very disfigured woman but then I saw that it was a dummy but it is still a bit sad that her nose is broken. I like the shadow cutting across her face even it gets one of her eyes a bit dark. Well done!
