LOL... gosh, didn't know Sardine can look so kool!!! Very artistic shot Hans, it look like you can even try to sell this shot to the restaurant for them to put up the wall! Very nice... I like your composition, details and framing. Good "Catched" :P

brr dooie vis, waanzinnig goede foto! de kleur van het frame is goed gekozen. Ik vind het jammer dat je jouw naam erboven hebt gezet, aan de andere kant...als dit de omslag van een boek zou zijn juist weer heel erg goed. ik denk er nog even over na :) groetjes Joke

Hoi Hans,

Leuk shot! Je zou haast medelijden met de diertjes krijgen.. ze kijken zo zielig. Vooral de crop vind ik erg goed, zo geef je de foto een abstractere look. Het frame is goed gekozen, ik vind alleen de letters wat groot. Ik hou van subtiel ;). Maar desondanks mooi afgewerkt.

Gaaf dat je dit shot op Campo dei Fiori hebt gemaakt! Een heerlijk 'dorpspleintje' in de Citta Grande waar je de bevolking een beetje kan leren kennen. Er vlak naast (Piazza Vidoni) heb ik 10 dagen gelogeerd in een oud klooster, om de stad te bekijken. Heerlijke herinneringen, en heel leuk om in zo'n foto weer de sfeer van het marktje te proeven!

I can't help you on the 'hunt' question Hans, perhaps a forum question may help?. Excellent capture, well detailed and nicely presented. I originally come frm Western Australia and the Fremantle area where there is a large population of Europeans. It always fascinated me watching them catch the sardines which I would only ever use as bait. TFS,

ps: regarding the hunts - as far as i understood the photo has
to be taken after the beginning of the hunt, so if this is
older, it will not be allowed. (had this problem a couple times, so i it gave up).
