First of all, welcome to TL, I'm quite sure you'll hve lots of fun here.

It's a good shot, I liked the compo a lot. it could have been a little sharper, but anyway I liked it a lot.

Hi Allesandro,

I read your introduction, and I must disagree with you- you are a very capable photographer! Fantastic horizon, with the sun just hovering above the clouds. I love the warm effect the sun has on the surface of the blue/purple clouds. The gradient in the remainder of the sky is quite nice too.

Over all I fantastic post. Well done.

Hi Allesandro, welcome to TL. Nice pic. As a general rule remember not to place objects in the centre of the shot. With this one I did work. If it was my pic i would have cut a bit of the clouds in the foreground. See workshop. But still a nice one, keep on posting.

A belated welcome to TrekLens! I love the firey color you have managed to capture bouncing off the clouds in this shot. How did you post-process this shot? It is similar to two of mine,"Heavenly Sunset" and "Heavenly Highlights", but your color is much richer.
