[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Had to try one more Venice Carnivale shot here at TL. I think I took about 75 shots because the costumes were so amazing. The mask may hide but the eyes don't lie in this picture. It was taken on the morning when La Colombina flies into the Piazza San Marcos. These two were hanging out waiting for the parade through the square. I did no color correction/saturation tricks here. the pinks and purples made the camera go crazy. A little USM and raised the black levels by 5 per cent.

Amazing shot David, with so little pp shows how good the shot really is. Your composition is excellent and the models really make the shot. Never seen such vivid colour, well done.

David, I wanted to comment on this photo last weekend. Love it. The colors are amazing and the light you captured them in. The favorite for me in this photo is their eyes. The expression in their eyes are priceles and soulful. Fantastic exposure! Excellent moment in time!

Great composition. You are right in saying its difficult for good shots in San Marco but here you hit the jackpot.
