Hi Carlo, great idea here with the partial desaturation, and wonderful and unique subjects to use this technique on. Love the contrasts created with the use of strong afternoon lighting, there are nice dark crisp shadows around the roof tiles and edges that make the shot dynamic and appealling. Really good shallow depth of field and point of view here to allow the roofs to pop out from the background. Great balance and composition with the roof tops seeming to move across the shot down at an angle, from top left to lower right. I would recommend perhaps cropping just slightly off the right edge just to decenter the flowers a bit more, because when the flowers are too centered they do not allow the viewer's eye to go all around the shot. Really crisp and sharp though, and excellent detail and exposure. Great idea and well-executed, TFS!

A nice contrast.I'm a fan of such purposeful contrasts.
My compliments and buona fortuna.

Valerka:)

Such a wonderful sight. Many lines and shapes in the rooftops, but a sort of peace in the red flowers. The eye is drawn towards the middle. Great shot!
