[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Taken from the same place on the terrace of the garden of Napoleon's villa as yesterday's posting.

This is the 148 passenger cruise ship "Windstar"

"Windstar's ships are officially motor-sail-yachts (msy), but the designation belies the vessels' unique rigging. Unfurling in two minutes at the push of a button, billowing white sails reach to the sky. All functions are operated from the bridge by computer micro-chips and navigational devices".

Hello, Peter.

Now you're talking! Compared to your last picture, the boat and its reflection make this one. And I think the foreground and the lighthouse are better too, with more contrast and detail. You are certainly mastering Neat Image and Smart curve - not heard of the latter before now but I must have a look.

As usual, you have given an excellent and interesting note.

Kind Regards,

John.

Hi Peter

A very serene site, the ship coming round the point, the foreground has nice depth of colour to.

Gil

Hello Peter
Beautifully composed shot and successfully scanned. I like the verical lines: the masts, lighthouse and stalks of the plants in the foreground.
