Another picture from the Venice trip shows a small canal off the Grand Canal.

The picture was sharpened slightly as well as a darkening of the gondola and the people in it using an alpha mask.

i agree with them
when i see this picture i like the angle and the vertical view
that makes the picture attractive
what i dont like here is the shadow on the man on the boat
i think that part of the pic is too dark
but overall i like it

I like the contrast from the narrow shady canal to the wider and brighter in the background...

Hi Roger! What a lovely shot. I miss Venice looking at this picture. Very good POV. I like the dark canal alley as it opens to a more sunny one, it gives a good depth.
