These are "flanes" waiting to be served. The flanes are a sort of "dessert" similar to the italian "budino".
I took this picture during an Argentinean "asado" (bbq) in the small town Trofarello. |

Nice shot Guido, well spotted. I'd be tempted to crop a few inches of the top so the desserts filled the frame a bit more, but I do like it as it is. I've done a workshop for you, hope it's useful.
