[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Lomography tecnique:

1) open a photo to edit;
2) use the Lasso tool and create an oval selection;
3) inverse the selection;
4 press shift+backspace to open the fill tool. In the fill tool, set the contents to Black and click OK;
5) deselect;
6) Open teh Gaussian Blur Filter and adjust the Radisu to blur the edges so that a vignette is created;
7) reduce the opacity a litlle (75%);
8) select the background copy;
9) filter>blur>movement: edges 35°; distance 17 pixel;
10) filter>textures>noise>intensity 40%; contrast 50%; light;
11) inside the Channel, select the red cvhannel;
12) use the brightnest/contrast tool and increase the contrast (about 50%)
13) select the green channel;
14) use the brightnest/contrast tool and increase the contrast (about 50%)
15 select back the RGB channel to view the results
