I really like the way you built this scene up, Marco. The soft, oof foreground leading the eye towards the distance... where I really like the island's silhouette. The sailing boat is a bit too close to the edge for my liking, though.
Nevertheless, excellent quality as we're used from you ;o)

The idea and the POV are absolutely wonderful but maybe the unfocused FG is a bit too big/heavy and the small boat a bit too close to the frame.

Hi Marco,
by low or high POV, the near world changes its face dramtic, but the distant view is quite unchanged by these. you well used this effect in this your shot.
like a new germinated seed, we can see the stony land from almost the surface of it. and the unchanged world looks quite new from this position. yes, the "new" is quite in our minds like an amazing mood of discovery. it is really the secret potential between changed and unchanged.

Interesting idea and its a great photo, I do love the sailing boat in the distance although I feel it would of had more effect if it was just a short distance closer to not sailing off the edge..:o) But I still love it, a romantic shot to me. TFS
