Welcome to Trek Lens, Antonella
This is a nice picture with which to start your adventure on TrekLens. It could use a little more sharpness, perhaps through a longer depth of focus and some sharpening in post-processing? Superb composition, though, so I hope to see lots more postings from you....

A few tips to make TrekLens easier and more fun:
- Read ABOUT (and FAQ)!
- Add your camera to your introduction (see Profiles, Equipment Profile)
- Continue to write more than 4 lines of NOTES as you have done here. That allows members to give you points for usefulness and gives them a chance to learn more too!
- Each time you post a picture, take the time to visit at least 10 pictures in the Gallery to write a critique of the works of other photographers. Observing (and critiquing) the successes and errors of other members make for great opportunities to learn!
- Make use of the workshop (you’ll learn more about your own strengths and weaknesses by helping others improve)
I am sure that these ideas will help you make the most of your stay on the site!!

See, you rather new to TL.
So, I picted your first upload to comment on it.Lovely looking 'girlfriends', sure Black and White suits the pictire, but sharpness is a bit to less, imo.
Try to upload as close as to 200 kb, it helps the picture to look stronger. (this is only 80 kb)

For portrait I like b/w w you made good use of him here.

Hello Antonella,
I haven't been around for awhile and I see you are fairly new to our fun format of treklens, I want to welcome you as well! This is a great site for learning new techinques and making new friends who are interested in the same hobby as we are!
Great Photo even amid the soft focus, I like the black and white format and the closeness that is apparent in your subjects!

C'est un portrait intéressant. La composition est bien faite, la mise au point très soignée. Mais tout comme Vaibhav bhardwaj (Vaibhav) avant moi, je trouve que la photo manque de contraste. Celui-ci a fait un WS intéressant. Je tente une 2e version...
