THE RED BOAT
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
I was walking around the the beach area of Vernazza, Cinque Terre, when I spotted this pretty red boat under a beautiful sunlight. It is by the dock on a low tide. The way it contrast with the deep blue-green of the water and the brown pavement prompted me to frame it and shoot.
The Cinque Terre are five coastal villages in the province of La Spezia in the Liguria region of Italy. They have come to be among the most popular areas of Italy among tourists. The coastline, the five villages, and the surrounding hillsides are all encapsulated in a national park by the same name. The Cinque Terre is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The five villages are, from east to west: Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza and Monterrosa Al Mare.

hi Andre
Good contrast of color and shape under bright sun, nicely composed. Nice work. Not to forget the yellow boat of same shape and size. I see 2 boats.
