[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
In Positano, Italy, this very striking woman walked onto the beach at 10am looking very much like a movie star. Needless to say everyone with a camera or cellphone took her picture. I like the interaction between the man in the background and the subject. In color this looked like a snapshot. In black and white in this case I think it looks more artistic.

B&W is perfect for this shot, really making her look like a glamour star. The bystander's look says it all, adding him to your composition really makes the picture speak out.

Hey Roger,
There's attitude all over this one. The timing of your capture with both her jaunty and somewhat haughty pose along with the almost "spit take" movement on of the man in the background is a classic capture frozen forever in time.
Black and white, it seems, is very effective, at least for me, since it makes one focus on the "action" versus the more "obvious" parts of the photo.

Magnificent tribute to the beauties of Italian cinema of the Fifties and Sixties.
The composition is interesting, black and white master well. Picture shows the distance that separates us from this woman.

Fantastic candid shot, with lots of elements working well. The way her head is turned and her chin raised gives her that confident, aloof look that so many attractive European women feature. No way to overlook the obvious - she is well-endowed and you have captured her figure to its full advantage. Like you, I love the blurred man in the background checking her out. Good decision to present in monochrome, which gives it a bit of a nostalgic feel. Nice work.
