[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note

" To grow together like fellow branches in matter of good correspondence and affection; but not in matter of opinions. They that shall oppose thee in thy right courses, as it is not in their power to divert thee from thy good action, so neither let it be to divert thee from thy good affection towards them. But be it thy care to keep thyself constant in both; both in a right judgment and action, and in true meekness towards them, that either shall do their endeavour to hinder thee, or at least will be displeased with thee for what thou hast done. For to fail in either (either in the one to give over for fear, or in the other to forsake thy natural affection towards him, who by nature is both thy friend and thy kinsman) is equally base, and much savouring of the disposition of a cowardly fugitive soldier. "

Meditations ,book 11. no.8

Marcus Aurelius - one of my greatest masters...First book from which my passion and love to Philosphy started long ago was obviously Meditations!!

* This is taken from my window you can see live in another windows that surrounds me here..Probably they can see me as well as i can see them..but i prefer to not take care about it!

Live is around us everywhere...Mood is Qntal

See WS1 and WS2 for wider view!

I was born a thinker so Philosophy and Theology is natural for me...Unfortunetly its my big disadvantage..
Since i see the world from different POV than 99% of the people i share the fate of damned one.
Simply other things are important for me now..
I recommend you all this book!

Thanks & Kisses!

Cogito ergo sum.

Pozdrawiam,

What a bizarre effect on the left. Spooky - because of the subtlety of the repeated image, it really drew me in and had me staring into the window.

That is powerful work, most photos here get a glance and little more. You had me peering!

Hi Ania,

This is a terrific view. Reminds me of the Alfred Hitchcock movie "Rear Window". One never knows what can be seen from others.

I like the beautiful facade of the building and the pride the owners take with the flowers and plants all around. Very interesting as I wonder who is this mysterious woman? I will look into your reading suggestions.

thanks for sharing, lisa

And what about Lucrezio's (Titus Lucretius Carus) "De rerum natura"?
Each of us has his own favorite latin "thinker"...
Very odd for a non italian mother language speaking...!
I am spechless and congratulate! :-)
The picture is impressive, offering a great mood.

Siema Anula!
Jak moglam wczesniej przegapic takie sliczne okna, takie sliczne foto. Jedna z najlepszych Twoich fotografijek, tak sobie mysle i ta mysl graniczy wlasciwie z pewnoscia.
3maj sie!

Hi Anna, I like this photo. Good colors and light. Well done. mari

Hi Ania,
Original and creative daily life sot of this building. Great idea, well realized. Sharpness and colours of the plants are awsome. Probably more light would have helped. TFS.
Greetings,
Kristof

i am back now for a comment. i find your note extrasordinary and the idea beghind this picture really great
also the technical details are very well worked out. i wish i were as good at PP, although to me a photo is a way to freeze a memory , you use your photo almost like a screenplay and obtain a fantastic story in just one picture
really good work
and by the way marcus aurelius is one of my favourite authoprs too and i have some of his writings on my bedside

ciao
