It looks natural, sensual and spontaneous. The narrow DOF and the use of B&W fits very well the subject. Your presentation is also very professional. I don't know witch one of the 3 pictures of the same subject I prefer, they all have a different interesting aspect. So my comment could apply to any one of them. TFS,

In terms of subject and crop it's on the cusp of art vs. smut and which side it sits on probably depends largely on the viewer.

The details, textures, and the use of b&w to draw attention to shape, form and shadow are all well managed.
