[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Leonardo da Vinci was born in the year 1452 in the small hill town of Vinci. His father was a successful notary and his mother a peasant woman. Leonardo's early fascination with nature clearly inspired the paintings he would create as an adult. The detailed and lifelike plants and wildflowers that he painted at the feet of the angel in The Annunciation and the rocky caves and pools of water surrounding the figures in The Virgin of the Rocks were created from observations and sketches he began making as a child in Vinci.

Its a great photo but it makes Leonardo look evil...

May i guess? YOu find a wonderfull Statue of the artist... Place it on a background with the clouds effect... The lighning is probable an add on filter add behind the layer of the statue?

Very well realised and all the element are in a good harmony.. Fit with the genious of the man!

Great work Elio. The lightning is a bit distracting, though. Please add some notes.

Very dramatic scene. I like the low angle you chose to shoot the statue. Nice work post processing the sky and lightning.

Bellissima foto molto ben riuscita con un effetto estremamente drammatico del cielo cupo. Il fulmine dietro a leonardo esemplifica molto bene il personaggio.

Hi, Elio! Very good idea and nice photo...
but you should put some perspective on the clouds effect to make it more natural...
also try this for a natural lightning effect:
Select difference clouds, select inverse, go to levels and move the midtone slider to far right... and change the layer mode in to screen..
