The edges of the flower seems to be badly pixelised. This probably due to the way the fower was selected in order to remove the background (if you're using photoshop, you've probably used the magic wand). Next time, try to use a bigger value for the feathering of the selecting tool, this will create softer selection and so, a softer edge.

The flower is very nice and the compo too,expecially the frame(you are a master in this),may be I would see much sharpness and a little more contrast to show up better the flower from background,but it's only my taste, as you know I love the strong contrast.However I like it, overall the colours.
