[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I reposted it today as B&W, as Michael Weber and Pierre Richer suggested, and they were right. It does look better.

I thought the lines of this staircase in the Vatican Museum in Rome were interesting. I had to clone out a father pushing a baby carriage so that you can concentrate on the shapes.

very good graphic view, congratulations, this is a nice b&w geometry

Hi Thomas,
Nice composition with a excellent point of view.
You are right the B&W results very well.
Best regards,
José

I like the oval circles and the b/w. I only would like to see a frame on it.

Don

Cool building and nice POV!
Yes, B/W is a little bit better performer...
The mixed line types and shapes are making this photo a great one.
Bravo Thomas!

Hi Tom,
I commented on your original yesterday, what I said about composition there of course also goes for this... Frankly, I like the colour version a tad better... the hint of colours in the staircase added some extra excitement to me, as they provided to my feeling of depth. Still a good one though -
Regards,
Pablo

Yes, Thomas I like the b/w version for overall form. thanks for the mention in the note. I would only add some more contrast to the image to really get some more punch out of it. Make it a little more crisp.
Good job. I really think you should get more response for this image then currently given, but that is my opinion. I will try a WS to punch up the contrast some more. It's a great image Thomas.

Hello,
A most interesting image and very well executed. I'm not sure whether I like the original or the B&W more as they both look very good. This is the type of artistic image that is hard to improve. You did a fantastic job here.
Congratulations,
Shelly.
