A view of one of the magnificent columns of Le Bernin's golden bronze canopy over the principal altar of St-Peters in Rome. In the background we can see a part of Michel-Ange's dome. The dome is 136,5 meters high.

What fine detail of ... fine detail. Impressive. Nicely matching frame too.

I admire Bernini's artworks and sculpture Mario. Your POV is so different and well. You make the dome background of altar, good choice , because even its has too much decoration light is more bright at dome and dark colored altar looks clear and impressive. Thank you... :)
