Hello.
This shot was taken in Arezzo-Tuscany.

I was waiting for my train back home but it was 3 hours late because of the snow storm. The same reason which stopped my bus to the station along the mountain road to Arezzo. We had to wait on a pass mountain with ice and snow at -4°.The bus was 2 hours late...but as I said the train about 3 hours! So I could come back home!

PP crop,adjust horizon,resize,turn B/W,contrast,light,shadows,sharpness,frame.

I will post as WORKSHOP the photo I started from

Thanks and regards...
FRANCESCO

i like the contrast you have created here between the black lines of the cityscape and the white of the snow and sky...this is very interesting composition of the lines which all lead back into the city and the unknown around the corner...great post processing...peace***

Hello Francesco, this is beautiful. Good choice for the B&W and the croping. I love it.

Happy new year! Marie-José

Ciao Francesco,
bella foto e ottimo PP! Non si direbbe la foto della stazione di Arezzo... ai tempi nostri! Gli hai dato un tocco di fascino antico con la scelta del BN e la grana. Mi piace!!!

The rails and snow make aq nice pattern but the rails and overhead wires lead the eye to the centre of the picture which tends to be a bit muddly

It is an interesting picture, but I think you cropped too much. As a result, the image has become somewhat blurry.

Ciao Francesco,
Yes I know the coldness of frozen stations !!
Your b&w version seems like you felt at that moment...
I made an other 'feelness' in the workshop.
Groetjes, Giuseppe.

I like this photo Francesco, there is a lot of detail to look at without it being crowded. railway lines lead your eyes around the corner. grat shot.
