Of course it's a unique emotion...
But I cannot find him in your photo.
I can imagine that there are more beautiful places as a background. A wall of big stones,
I don't know ... Also the way of PP is in my opinion not good. To easy to do just a glass-filter. Try it again before the child is born.

Estoy de acuerdo con Giuseppe, el fondo no es adecuado, le quita todo lo bello que podria tener la fotografia. La idea de compartir es buena pero muy mal el "como". Me gustó el filtro artistico que usaste. Prueba en otro lugar, algo mas artistico.

Interesting photo. I'm sure it's a fun time for you both, waiting for the baby. Also a good time to capture moments to show the child later in life.

I think the idea is good, and the filter works quite well.

Nice komposion, and all best wishes for your family.
The picture i s nice - withe the color and the skintone. however I find the effektfilter onssesary. perhaps a B/W edition will do alot to the "touch" of the picture.
