I came here on this beautiful place to have a nice skiing day, unfortunately I didnt feel so good, so I decided to spend my day on the tracks with my camera instead of my ski equipment...
That's the result...I hope you'll like this view.

As afar as the technique, I just desaturated and cropped to give a wider impression, increased the contrast, framed.

a great lanscape.... The choice of b&w is good for me, it gives a beautiful atmosphere... Thanks to let me dream... : ))
Take care Marco

Hi Marco, great landscape, fantastic black and white. How come you have little jaggies left on the slopes ? Is it because of the downsizing ?

Marleen

che bello.. avrei preferito di sicura passare il giorno cosi' invece di sciare! ihih perche' interompere la bellezza e serenita' hai mostrato qui...

this is so beautiful Marco :-) i think the b&w looks really great and adds to the very moody feel (suitable for the 'shining' like atmosphere you had on this trip ihih) and i really like the wide format.. tell Maria next time i'll come! ^_^ but i wont ski... i already told you about my bad experiences in austria as a child! much prefer just to experience such dreamy sites as you've captured here in peace..

abbracci a presto,
Ayda

Hi Macro,
The curves of the montain edges are very beautiful and impressive. I would suggest to cut a little part of sky.

Interesting/strange picture,Marco! The top of the rocky mountains are so sharpened that they look as if they were cut by a knife ! The light plays here that role! I like it! It is very graphical and unique! Well composed! Michel

Great view. With the black frame around it, it gives the impression of looking out a window.

again great picture, beautifull nuanced landscape, looks so fragile, so soft light, the frame is perfect too!
see you
