Fantastic b/w!!!
The contrast is quite appealing and the centers of interest is in the focused center, yet able to expand out from there to the other childrens faces and gestures/expressions.
Maybe a possible crop to the upper 1/4 of the image to focus more in line with the line of children.
Looks like an old photo from the 60's.
Nice mood.

Although a simple note would be good.
