There is a depth in the way the picture draws me into her eye. Like a deep well of soulfulness. :) Very nicely done, full of mood and feeling. :)

I can understand you like this picture. The colour treatment and the added green, as well as your "cropped composition", give it a strong mood. But I'm not sure whether it is a desperate mood. OK, it's quite personal, but to me, she rather seems to meditate. About the sense of life, for example. And that can be despairing ;o).

Nice picture, not sure I get the "despair" mood, more contemplation. Good composition and great grain effect gives it atmosphere. Black and white works well with this. Nice.
