Indeed the centre positioning is not disturbing in this photo. Lets you see that it's sometimes worthwhile to disregard the rule of thirds. Very vivid colours and I like the crop. Well shot!

Hello Anne-France.

A very nice image. I kike the different lines of your composition. Nice parallellism. Very warm photos. Specially these days as we are back with cold temperatures. - 20's expected during the weekend with wind chill factor at - 30 C. Brrr !!!!

Centering here is not disturbing at all to me.

Very nice capture. I also plan to have 3 kids of my own. I'm already having my 2nd. I just couldn't agree with you more on the POV.

Excellent photo and note. We were discussing this afternoon how so many of our friends live self-centered lives, with their kids just just on the fringes. A number of our friends are divorced and remarried and we often hear them sigh: "Ah, we've got the kids this weekend".. sad, very sad.

Hello Anne, Centered works well here because of the panorama type view you have chosen which is an excellent choice. I like the composition. The framing you did is perfect.
Colors and sharpness on the kids only is good.

Hi Anne,
I like this photo for several reasons. For the compo, for the colours, for the panorama shape - the latter most important I guess for it strenghtens the central composition of this work. And it's very important here - I agree with your note about centered composition vs. the place the kids take in our lives. tfs
