[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
A few weeks ago moved into my new office-room and the day I was moving in a colleague gave me a grapefruit. Placed it on the table and left. And then on the sunniest moment of the day I noticed how beautiful shadows it created. The sun was shining through one of the two windows I have in my office and the angle was just perfect. So I took a few shots using the sun-light, shadows and trying different angles.
The table has a wooden - beech texture and colour. However, in this particular angle the photo looks more like b&w or sepia rather than vivid colour mode (as it was actually taken).
And the image created by grapefruit and shadow reminds me a key-hole soooo much!
Of course, black angle added. And a minor crop from the right side.

Just superb Laine, very artistic approach. Of course I like it very much.

Laine,

Very cool, the illusion is awesome, well seen and nice presentation, I like the black framing/background.

I like it! It's original for the style and i enjoy the compo too! Between suggestion and abstraction. That's good!

Very well done, Laine. I really like your composition and the play on light & shadows. The corner of the table adds a nice graphical element to this picture. Well done!
