[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Late April. For a few weeks the sun went down as a perfect a bit rose (pink), sometimes yeallow round. No clouds. No those beautiful sunsets when the sky colours every tone from light yeallow to intense orange or even red. Just perfect round sun.
One evening was driving home, took the roundabout, didn't drive through the town-center. Looked to the left, to the right and suddenly saw those big electricty distribution posts (whatever the correct technical word to be used here). And sun right above them. And thought - where two types of energy and light meets - electrical and solar energy. Technology vs. nature.

And then a few days ago noticed a similar post here - Energy by nigh by Nomis . And remembered the photo I had taken. And here it is. My version.

Hi laine,
what a beautifull, strong, yes strong for me.....in fact it remember me this beautifull latvian landscape, even with these electric posts, I can feel and see the strong emotional, pure light , the stop of breathing when you see these gigantic pure, free, natural, enormous fields, forests, landscapes,
don't know how to explain, but think you understand me, I hope...
so this is really a magnificient picture, I love it,
Thanks for making me these remebers!!
And yes we're ok here, but we really mis all our friends and the Latvian country, when we wented away on the week-ends to visit, for the rest everything ok, tx!
ciao

Hi Laine,
Very well composed. I like soft, pastel colors of this picture. Nicely capturing the pinkish purple sun. Great shot.

Привет, Лайне, соседка! :) :)

Очень хороший вечерний снимок: эта гора электричества отлично вписалась в "индустриальный закат", хорошо схвачены закатные цвета, и композиция - отличная.
