Mystery is the moon.

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
As I drove home in the middle of the night from my busy day teaching guitar in Valmiera (40kms from where we live) I saw such a beautiful bright moon... it lite the whole sky [funny typo : before editing I had put : skype : here] which at that time was full of small puffy clouds, and gave everything nice moon shadows, so as soon as I got home I grabbed the tripod and was outside taking pictures for a half hour...
This after cropping, small adjustments to levels/contrast/brightness, applied logo and resized for TL, here is the result.
"There is a wonder, close to madness when staring at the moon, perhaps that is why the wolves are said to howl to her luminescent beauty." Francis Dove
Well hoping that by the time the next moon cycle we are in now returns to full that the spring has also turned to a warmer variety... :)
Best wishes to everyone... :)

Hi Francis,
I like the mood that you created. Excellent composition. Good exposures at this kind of events. Have a nice weekend. Thank you.

Oooh spooky, this seems to embody the mood you find in Macbeth... same dark (more psychological than physica) feeling. I think it's the strange clouds that gives that effect.
Spooky image, well done Francis!
