Nice, her eyes are freaking me out, but if I turn my head they look great.
Did you do any pp to the eyes?
Great composition and I like the hand in there.
On my screen (which is not a particularly good one) there is quite a lot of banding on the bed sheet in front of her face. Maybe due to the screen or could be the B/W conversion.
