the two previous pictures of my frozen sea serie.
So, you can see, the hundreds of people walking on the beachside every week-end even with very very very very low temperatures.

I made some curves and brightness contrast and add frame

Bonjour Anne France,
Bravo
Fred

Hallo Anne. Knap stukje werk. Een geweldige Compositie.
Frans

Yes... the mystery is getting solved of the first posting. The starkness is remarkable and I like your idea of confining the action to the top part of the frame. Leaving the rest to conjure a vast and empty feel. Very creative Anne TFS
Mukesh

Superb composition, anne.

Wow, this is an amazing picture. Great composition and very simple. Wonderful feeling of space in this photo. I like.

Beautifull photo. I lke the people walking in lineand the sharp edge of the tree line.

Bonjour Anne
This is an artful analogy to "La Marche de L'Empereur", a movie depicting pingouins's in line walks, looking for food after birth of youngs.
Gorgeous clair-obscur!

Salut Anne France

I prefer the original, as it has a >< flow, going from large to small, then expanding out again. Cropping removes the musical 'rhythm'. The gradation of tones of the distant hill, is also a good addition, imo. Good work & tfs! C'est magnifique!

Hi Anne
the 3rd in your series and the least strongest in my opinion. Somehow it doesn't work for me with the large amount of white below the people. The stance of the front people looks as though they have come to an edge-one step further and they will fall off the edge. There is no 'base' to the picture. To me it would have worked better if the people were nearer the bottom of the picture and more sky at the top.
Photography good, which earns you a smiley
Barry

They came from a land called Earth. Nobody know why they are coming but they always come till nobody can remember. They walk all in the same direction. But we can't follow them. They don't understand us. They don't look to see us. But any person who follow them, never came back. They told me that i will see a light one day and i will follow the same way.

Ça me fait un peu cet effet. C'est superbe comme traitement! Bravo!

Groetjes,

Jos

Bonjour,
C'est une tres belle photo
Je vous felicite

Lovely photo, people are dissapearing in the snow. great stuff
jaco

Magnifique composition.
Bravo Anne France!

Hallo Anne,
Yes it can be cold, but the beauty you get in return is great
Again the red coat is very important.
Vindt het echt zo mooi
Ruud

Very unusual and effective Anne-France. Your PP work reflects the coldness of the scene as well as a certain mystery. Great result!

My feet are frozen cold just thinking about the walk. I think that this is the best of the series, stark contrast against the snow and ice. Lovely. I am wondering if anyone bores holes and fishes. Lovely. Cheers G

White, white and white; cold, cold and cold, ... great, great and great. A thin line painted in a white background, a line of people walking with their dreams, conversations, feels and frustrations, day after day.

Congratulations.

Enric.

Lets go to istanbul, for Formula 1, Here is so cold :)))

Perfect compo, i like the big white.
