Hello Achim,

This is both an unusual shot and a pleasing shot! The mountains capture your first impression but then, there is a curious veil under which a mysterious town is hiding.
It is not like the view from an aeroplane because the angle and the detail of the mountains is all wrong! It is a little surreal!

The bank of fog makes this image Achim. Nicely composed with the inclusion of the grass bottom left. Regardless of the fog fine detail in the township and the mountain beyond.

Very nice view, most unusual to be looking downwards through the mist, insted of upwards.
I presume that is the whole of Lichenstein, I know it is a very small country.

Very original photo. The mist is just like a veil over the city and creates a diaphanous effect that is very interesting. Great vantage point and a beautiful composition with those mountains in the backgropund.

Strange sight to look through the mist in the valley. So even when it looks misty there is always a bright sky above it.
