It's strange why this picture have not been commented so far. I think this is great though unusual bird shot. Pure white space (i think you deleted the washed out sky here) makes it look very graphic, which is also unsual in this case. It reminds me japanese drawing. Very fine job.

I really like the simplicity of this shot with the washout background. It gives emphasis to the bird. I like the contrast. Very good angle.
