Hello Anne,
Nice subject and great colors, I think the mix of textures really adds. Just that the overexposure in the beads takes away a little from the perfection. Just what i think. great idea though.

interesting POV here Anne :)
i like the composition, most people would hav composed it from the front showing the cross, but this angle givs depth to the composition

I agree... the colour composite is very beautiful!
Strong lighting does good here, but maybe close to overexposure in parts... Gives a nice contrasty composition!

Hi Anne,
I like very much also this compo, and colors are great. I find disturbing the red "sign" on the upper right part, I would have maybe cropped the whole right side, or clone out it.
I find the tourquise pearls a bit overexposed also...
I like anyway very much the whole effect, also for the out of focus of the background.

Très belle photo avec une excellente profondeur de champs et de superbes couleurs. J'aime bien cette composition avec le rosaire à droite et toutes les textures. Très bien réussi.

You're right. The strength is in the blue/black combination and you have 'framed it all in the right way. The extra 'string' does not detract but adds an extra dimension, another interest.
very nicely done and, I note, a 'different' POV than would be expected. That's AFH.
