it's a nice picture, but you wanted some critique...so here it is:
pose is ok, but i don't like the cut off of the left hand, i would place it on her back but insight. the other hand is vissible, but i would rather see a bit more arm here now it's like a loose hand. the crop i would do tighter, let the belly (almost) touch the frame. i also don't like the upperside of the crop, also tighter, loose the little black point in the white (place where her neck is). the glow...i don't think it adds something to the picture and mine opinion is..if it doesn't add anything, why should it be there...loose it. i also would like to see the dress a bit more thighter in the body, the rinkels aren't nice. everything a bit thighter and you have a great compositioning with beautifull lines and shapes. now it looks like i don't like the picture...buti do...but because you asked for critique i took a good look ad it.

Hello Alexandra.
I think you have it overdone with Photoshop.
The picture is now NOT 100 % sharp.
The richt hand ??? I dont know. I dit it not on the picture.
But I hope for you (??) a wunderful baby.
