hi there - that's baby long eared owl again, in a quite serious pose, so, here's a serious note:

The Long-eared Owl (Asio otus) is a species of owl which breeds in Europe, Asia, and North America. Breeding season is from February to July. This bird is partially migratory, moving south in winter from the northern parts of its range. Its habitat is forest close to open country. Asio otus is more elusive than other owls in this family.
The Long-eared Owl is a medium sized owl,the females are larger in size and darker in coloration than the males.
Eye disks are also characteristic in this species. However, eye disks of A. otus are darker in color or rusty-orange. This nocturnal species is perhaps most easily seen perched in a tree in its daytime roost.

They are monogamous, though polygyny is occasionally observed in this species. Pairs begin to form in winter, and breeding takes place from February to mid-July. Males advertise for a mate using songs and aerial displays, such as zig-zag flights through trees in the breeding habitat.

J'aime tellement cette tete!!!!

Oh boy, this chick has the most beautiful eyes! The dull gray plumage creates an excellent background for the big, bright yellow eyes. The symmetric composition works very well here, in fact I think that you could have rotated a couple of degrees clockwise for an even better symmetry.
