The POV is great here but what lets it down is the exposure as the main subject's face is lost in the heavy underexposure. I cannot comment on technicalities here as your EXIF data has been suppressed. In B&W there has to be adequate contrast variations to create impact and if you were against a brighter BG some fill in flash would have worked better here.
