I like the foggy atmosphere. I see a tilt on the horizon though. Why not rotate just a bit. Good colours.

Very interesting & moody picture, Maria. The solitary kayak going to the wide expanse of the water makes me feel that they wil disappear soon never to be seen again (I guess I am still in a weird mood!!!). They are the only touch of colours in an otherwise gray & white picture. Well done!

Beautiful photo with great abstract in the white sky. Ik the position of the kayak. I do have to agree with cloverstar, but it's hard to see with the diffused sky. Wouldn't it have been funny if our kayak and mine sailed off together :-)

Hi Marija,
you created with this simple photo an impression of wide space; it's almost scary seeing how those 2 people sails into the unknown (these are my feelings looking at this photo). I like use of high key here - it broadens the space. Funny but even if the photo is so narrow vertical, I do not feel it at all. Giood use of colours on the kayak and the persons - focusing me there. tfs

This is such a great photo with a very powerful message (at least what I can read from it)! Tight composition made it very anxsious. I hope that's what you wanted to achieve because it could have been widely composed, but there is a reason why it wasn't.
