The good elements: You captured a very nice subject . I like the composition, light and tones. The fallen leaves on the surface is a cool bonus.
The weak element: Although IMHO ( In my humble opinion ) you choose the wrong aperture speed. Much too quick, to get a decent depth of field. The image is blurred or out of focus. Unless it was clear and it lost his sharpeness when you downsized it for TL.
It would have much more impact if it was clear and sharp.
