I took this photo on the island of Gozo, Malta in late July, using a camera I'd bought for scuba diving (so that's why the quality isn't too good).
Please leave some crit to help me improve! :-) |

Welcome to TrekLens Jonathan!
Thanks for sharing this shot with us - a beautiful spot and a good point of view. This one is a little overexposed, but these things will fall into place in time - for now I just want to say, it's good to have you with us.
regards

Hi Jonathan:
It depends on what's available for the camera that you have. There is some overexposure for sure but as you notice the water is relatively crystal-clean. Probably with this the time of day was not the best and either early day or later day would have been great. Depending on the orientation of E/W, this could be a fantastique spot for a sunset or sunrise. Also. using some PP to enhance it a bit would most likely help. I've exceeded my limit or I might have shown you. If the camera has a lens that you can attach a filter, an adjustable polarizing filter might help. I just got one and am trying it out, you might check out the forum I generated where some of the members commented and had some great ideas. A Grad Blue might have just been the ticket, too.
