This is impressive. The raw image looks to have been very good to start with good composition. An interesting pov though. The pp really shows of the image spectacularly. The insect as the subject is doubly emphasized. The green of the background is really nice and goes well with the red of the creature. To top it off the sharpness of the finer details is also shown off well. Beautiful.

A lovely composition with a beautiful model!
Excellent texture - silky-crisp - in the wings,
the pattern is well reproduced in vivid colours...
I notice how the point of view shows both wings,
and the accurate focus makes the dragonfly
stand out so well!

Great macro capture of the dragonfly with woderful details! The colors of the insect are wonderfully shown, with superb sharpness and from a nice POV. I like the great contrast between the colors of the dragonfly and the green blurred BG.

Exquisite detail in the wings of the dragonfly. Good colours and well managed DOF. I like this.

... Don't like the yellow frame though, spoils the image in my opinion. Pure and simple is better when the photograph is so good!
