Probably a flood effect and some repetition in different layers with distorsion apply of them to make good effet the follow the waves...
It's seem basic to say but it's apply with a good natural..
To apply the shadiw only to the first plan in corner give a good help for the 3D perspective too!

I think this impression has worked really well, I think the treatment you have given it is great. The rich blue really compliments well against the creams of the flowers. the composition is also spot on as well as the two flowers on the left compliment each other in the same way as the two flowers on the right do.
