[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
In the small island state of Malta the church or chapel is a very common feature of the landscape. Many churches in Malta dominate the skyline and the domes and steeples can usually be seen from across the island. You can usually find the centre of a town or village by driving towards the parish church although many towns and village cores usually feature two or more churches and chapels.

On the islands of Malta and Gozo, which are two separate dioceses there are a total of 359 churches (313 in Malta and 46 in Gozo). Of these 78 are parishes (63 in Malta and 15 in Gozo) and 6 are national parishes.[1] This means that there is a "church density" of slightly more that 1 church per square kilometer. In Malta every locality has its parish church, apart from Xgħajra. There are also localities that have more than one parish church, like Sliema and Birkirkara which have four parishes each. This page does not list all of these, but lists the parishes and a sample or other Maltese churches.

Hi
Rich colours and well balanced. The TC mast is out of place and could have been removed.
Andrei

Very nice. Beautiful colors and tones. Well composed. Could be a little sharper, IMO, but otherwise is very nice.

Agree about removing the antenna also.

TFS,
David

Hi Tet, what an attractive building - and you show it well. I like your low POV so we look upwards and that sky is great too,
Well done
Janice

Excellent use of the wide-angle lens to capture a dramatic POV of this cathedral.
Great timing too, the light is excellent and your PP is perfect.

I guess if anything I would have cropped it down a little to eliminate some of the surrounding buildings, roughly 50% of your photograph is surplus space and I don't know if it's necessary ...?

Rew

Nice capture of the building i just felt it was a shame that the pallets of materials were in the picture. not a lot you could have done about that though. I have done a workshop to get rid of them which i will post tomorrow as i have reach my daily limit.
Cheers
