Hi Tsilla,
This is a nice capture of these dancing fountains of Valletta. They were recently inaugurated. They stand in front of the President's Palace. Good light management and the appropriate shutter speed to obtain such movement in the water. Being a tranquil corner, you included the people sitting on benches.
Well done for this original entry to the Theme.
