Very nice ideed.
I like the lack of direct lighting in this picture.
Though I can't say wether the eye represents the scared or scaring side of the title.

Wicked shot, very intense look in your eye, reminds me of the movie "The Hulk" when Bruce banner hulks out. I would have to say that the look in your eye is more driving fear into others, rather than of being scared.
